Who would have thought...

...That I would ever *try* to start a blog again after my original blog failed miserably (only a few posts over the span of a year probably)? Not me, mainly because of OPSEC concerns -- as well as the fact that sometimes, I just don't have that much worth saying (or writing for that matter). Here I am though. I've decided to give blogging a shot again even if no one else ever reads it. Here goes:

Happy Valentine's Day! I keep forgetting it is Valentine's Day today. My husband and I decided to 'beat the crowd' last night and order our special Valentine dinner-to-go from Olive Garden (we decided against eating at the restaurant because Peanut Butter Cup (our nickname for our son) tends to get fussy when we go out to eat). We ended up eating in front of the T.V. so we could watch the Olympics...not very romantic, I know, but the food was delicious! Is it just me, or are the tomatoes in Olive Garden's salads some of the nicest, tastiest, most crisp tomatoes ever tasted? Can you tell that I love their tomatoes? They were the subject of many of my pregnancy cravings and I'm really hoping that they aren't exclusive to my local Olive Garden. How did I get from talking about Valentine's Day to talking about yummy tomatoes? Hmmm...oh well, at least tomatoes are red. That counts right?
